Description: .NET Framework 4.7 WPF features take a dependency on D3DCompiler_47.dll . This D3DCompiler_47.dll is not present by default in Windows 7 SP1, Windows 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows 2012 OS platforms. Hence these OS platforms require D3DCompiler_47.dll to be installed for .NET Framework 4.7 WPF features to work as expected.
